Want wire fly screen repaired

Several holes were made in a gyprock wall to access air conditioning unit. The 5 holes now need to be fixed up.one is large about 30cm square and the others are about 15cm each. We have mostly kept the pieces of Gyprock.

I have removed the toilet seat but the screws would not come out. It simply keeps turning when trying to unscrew. I'm pretty sure it's not possible to unscrew it - the only way is to cut the top off with a metal rotary blade (without scratching the toilet ware).

Two of the five hinges on the laundry room door have come off and need to be fixed.
