Require fixing accidentally cut off water tank wiring

I have an old water tank 3m diameter that I ned to remove But I need the build up of leaf matter removed first I have cut a door size hole in the tank for easy access and there is no roof on the tank either

Need two people to push teo slimline tanks into position, some steps to up to a deck then push around to tank pad. Nothing to hard just need extra hands.

Water tank brackets don’t align to sub floor joists. Will need to weld a support to them attach the tank. Bolt or similar one side so it can be removed Remove existing brackets (shown in photo)
