I need two tasks done in my house before I move: 1) remove 3 floating shelf’s and fill the holes in the white wall 2) exchange the desk top of my electric standing desk with new wood top (same company just different colour). Install and repair approx 1 mt total of cornice. A small straight piece, and then a section with corners on both ends (see pic). Need it installed, plastered in to look seamless, then painted. I have cornice offcuts that can be used, and I have the tin of paint to be used. You will need to bring your expertise, any tools to cut and install cornice, anything needed for plastering and paint brushes.

I basically need help with the following things 1. I need two. Carpets carried up from my car downstairs to my apartment. There's a lift to take them up. I need these unrolled and help me put them on the couches area and the table area and remove the current carpets that are there. 1. I need the storage box for outside built and put on our balcony I need the rubbish removed from the apartment and taken downstairs to the basement for recycling. I have a mirror approx 20kgs that has given way on the plaster anchors at my Airbnb. It was installed approximately 3 years ago and has suddenly let go. I would suggest guest interference as the anchors were holding fine. Need someone to grab two strong anchors or use existing (if the haven’t fallen in) and install again. No one available to help.

2-3hrs of work including re attaching a door, mounting a tv plus a few more jobs. Must have own tools.
