I want to sound proof a room in my home. There is no current insulation in walls want to add sound proof insulation and make door sound proof as well. Pictures for the room attached. It’s a standard 3x3.5 m Room.

We have panels but needing help with cutting and placing on the wall

I am looking to sound minimise a door between two rooms at home. My preferred solution is removal of the existing hollow core door and insertion of permanent soundcheck gyprock boards with a layer of sound insulation inbetween the boards and sound sealed.
