Looking for someone to install ceiling insulation in the attic of a double-storey house (approx. 50m²). I’ve already laid part of the insulation 5m2, and there’s no old loose-fill to remove. The roof space is high enough to move around, edges are accessible, and access is via a 500x500mm ceiling panel. I will provide the insulation.

We need a licenced and insured roofer to come to fix our roof leakages. Wh have a double storey house. We spotted 3 leakages which we suspect is from the ridge caps tiles. Require fixing leaks and inspecting roof for any other issues/leaks.

I’m looking for an experienced roofer or handyman to supply and replace four polycarbonate roofing sheets on my pergola (3meters from ground). The sheets have developed heavy mould and need full replacement. Details: Size of each sheet: 2800mm x 810mm. Preferred material: Bunnings - Suntuf Trimdeck 3m Clear Polycarbonate Roofing. You will need to supply all materials and tools, and complete the removal of old sheets and installation of new ones.

Roof is leaking inside the house. I’ve traced the leak to a gutter drain overflowing on the top floor of our duplex. I’m looking for a builder to find the source of the leak. Depending on the assessment, we can decide on a fix that will be paid for outside of this task. I’m flexible with the timing but need to fix as soon as possible to limit further damage

There are two trees that require pruning to gutter height. Access is at front of building.
