I’m looking for a reliable handyman to complete multiple small jobs in one visit at my home. Scope of work includes: • Re-fix a storage shelf properly into wall studs (not just plaster anchors) • Re-install / adjust a backyard door lock so it aligns and locks correctly • Re-fix a metal door stop bracket into a brick wall (using suitable masonry anchors) • Patch, sand and paint touch-up ~25 small wall holes (from old curtain brackets) • Repair damaged wood on a bathroom door and securely reinstall a towel rail These tasks require experience with wood repair, drilling into brick, shelving into studs, and wall patching with sanding + paint touch-ups. I’m after a proper, long-lasting fix, not temporary re-tightening. Photos can be provided. Location: Perth. There was a broken pipe inside the wall which has been fixed and cement applied. The job now is to put on new matching tiles and also fix the render and paint.
