Hi. My elderly parents have pigeons under their solar panels. They may need some chicken wiring around it to stop them coming back. They live in a double storey house in oakleigh east.

I need to do divide wall for my veranda. I will supply all materials ( timber, plaster etc) . Size 2.5x5M ( HxW)

We have a property in Oakleigh East and want to rent it out soon, hence need to get few things fixed as follows: 1. Replace broken tiles in bathroom and kitchen(variation in design is acceptable as original design tiles cannot be found)along with kitchen sink. 2. Replace toilet bowls in WBC and Laundry. 3. Replace Vanity with mirror and shower head and taps/mixers in bathtub in the bathroom. 4. Replace rusted rod and shower curtain in bathroom. 5. Closure of fireplace opening with a timberboard. 6. Bathroom and laundry tile cleanup. We need all the debris to be removed as well at end of the job. Please see the attached photos for reference. FYI...we are unable to attach more photos..the ones missing are the fireplace, the shower curtain rod and laundry cabinet with sink. We have a double garage and would like to convert part of it into a home office (maybe 2.5 x 2.5 m or happy to take advice). We would like this to be reversible (for re-sale purposes but only down the track). We would still like to park our car (a SUV) in the space not occupied by the office. We would need insulation put in place and a ceiling/ flooring. There are electrical points and also a split system in there already. We would be fine to replace the roller shutter (to our backyard) with a sliding door (there is another roller shutter that opens to our driveway).
