Need professional quote for maintenance of Smith st Fitzroy property. Property is up for sale and has several defects mentioned in a Building Report. Building report and issues need to be examined and estimate of repairs need to be presented in pdf invoice with photographs. This job includes roof inspection therefore person needs to be able to get onto the roof through window. I have 1x ladder but other equipment may be necessary. Job has to be completed by 10:30am therefore recommend arrival time 8:30am.
