Find an experienced handyman in Newport VIC

The latch on my wooden gate at my dog grooming salon keeps coming loose. The gate is there to stop the dogs from getting into the main area. I’m hoping someone can either refit the existing latch or install a new one, ideally with a backing plate, so it doesn’t keep pulling out of the MDF.

Need to install a couple of hooks in outdoor brickwork and wooden post for hammock. Hook supplied

Looking for someone to fix our banister after we remove our baby gate at the top of the stairs. It was screwed into a wood banister and one screw has snapped off into the wood. You’ll need to remove this and fill x3 holes to look as similar as possible to the wood. Please let me know if you have any questions

Have 4x lengths of Skippy plaster cornice from DFN Plaster. Need them cut and installed in a square bedroom. 3.3m x 2.65m. Have premix cornice cement already so all materials already here. Also have a compound mitre saw. I can help hold cornice if required. An additional ladder would be handy but would get by. Old cornice already removed. No need to paint, literally just cut and install.

Our front wooden and security doors are not locking due to movement in the door frame, presumably with the warmer weather. Need a handyman to fix please.

The plinth board has come away from the house. Needs a small about of digging around to get it back in place then secured with screws. The board will not need to be replaced I would prefer this to do done on a Friday so I can be home

Old Hills Hoist washing line needs to be cut down so we can remove it. Some care is required to protect the garden growing around it. Does not need to be removed, but may need another couple of angle grind cuts to reduce it to manageable pieces for hard rubbish etc collection. It is in backyard, there is a path down side of house for access.
