Have 4x lengths of Skippy plaster cornice from DFN Plaster. Need them cut and installed in a square bedroom. 3.3m x 2.65m. Have premix cornice cement already so all materials already here. Also have a compound mitre saw. I can help hold cornice if required. An additional ladder would be handy but would get by. Old cornice already removed. No need to paint, literally just cut and install.

Hi guys. Have a smashed window due to soccer ball going though it. Need replaced.

Electric gate got stuck last time we closed it as was squeaking really badly. Think a section of it has dropped as no obstructions and paint is coming off on top. Need repaired to normal working order.

Our front wooden and security doors are not locking due to movement in the door frame, presumably with the warmer weather. Need a handyman to fix please.

Rocking recliner chair is very squeaky and creaky. Oiling it hasn't helped so need a technician in to take a look at solutions

I have three ceiling fans that I would like installed into light fittings that already exist in bedrooms.

The plinth board has come away from the house. Needs a small about of digging around to get it back in place then secured with screws. The board will not need to be replaced I would prefer this to do done on a Friday so I can be home

Removal of hills hoist from backyard, concrete that it is set in can be broken up as will be removed I don’t know what this will cost so have added in as $100 so pls let me know how much the job will cost.

Old Hills Hoist washing line needs to be cut down so we can remove it. Some care is required to protect the garden growing around it. Does not need to be removed, but may need another couple of angle grind cuts to reduce it to manageable pieces for hard rubbish etc collection. It is in backyard, there is a path down side of house for access.

Steel rod electric fence has been installed on property. We require a milk can letter box where we are able to access from the back to be mounted on our fence.

Need to install stall JetSpray in the Washroom

Our motorised steel sectional door (including fittings and motors) needs to be uninstalled prior to renovation. - Job includes removing the door including fittings and motors. - Needs to be undamaged (it’s going to be relocated post reno) - Will need more than one person to lift steel door safely. - Everything to remain on site post removal - Would prefer the job was completed before Tuesday 30th September

The hose reel should be securely mounted on the wall of the house so that it’s easily accessible for use in the front yard.

Toilet Seat Hinge Issue – Needs Repair or Replacement The toilet seat is loose due to an issue with the mounting hinges. As shown in the attached photos: One or both of the hinge caps at the back of the toilet seat (the round stainless steel fittings) appear to be unstable or not fully secured to the porcelain base. The plastic anchor pegs underneath the hinges may not be locking properly or could be worn out, causing the seat to shift during use. The entire seat shifts or feels unstable when sat on, indicating that the mounting is no longer secure. I’m need of assistance to have it inspected and either tightened securely, or the hinges and/or mounting system replaced entirely if they are stripped or damaged. Please advise on next steps or if a professional can attend to fix or replace it. Thank you 😊
