Looking for a reliable handyman to help with a few things around my unit: -Install a smoke detector -Install a bin inside the under sink cupboard -Replace x3 light bulbs (one external, two internal) Let me know what time. Prefer Wed 25/2 as I have the day off Thank you

Back wooden sliding door has deep grooves from dogs scrathing at it. Plus a small glass window pain needs replacing.

Double story townhouse, external roller shutter is stuck down and won’t retract. Need the roller shutter repaired please.

There are three parts to the job. 1) Clean surface mould in the grout of two showers (main and granny flat bathrooms). Using a mould-specific grout cleaner, (not general bleach spray), spray directly onto the grout and leave for 10–30 minutes (be patient). Then scrub with a grout brush, rinse thoroughly and dry. 2) Repair a chipped tile on the shower floor (granny flat shower). Using a two part epoxy tile repair, colour-matched to the tile or grout, clean and dry the area, remove any loose material, mix epoxy, fill the chip slightly proud, then smooth flush with tile surface. Allow full cure before water use. 3) The job also requires the supply of all materials and equipment. We are hoping for the job to be completed as soon as possible.

I have 13 ready to hang roller blinds that will need some cutting to size and then putting up on 10 windows

Swap out old ceiling fan with new DC (already purchased and fits existing location). Existing wiring although would like single switch on wall instead of existing switch and fan speed control (new fan is an Arlec simple DC from Bunnings with remote only). Can supply single switch wall switch too.

Damage to external step . Needs clean up and cement /plaster render for stucco surface ready to paint . Painting not required

Remove old seal , remove debris and replace with new seal specific to this model washing machine. This is labour only . I have the spare parts . It’s a simple design seal so job should be under an hour

Awning folding arm has detached. Awning was only retracting downwards and not out

We just moved into a house where the clothesline has been installed two feet above where anyone can reach, making it unusable. We would like your help to move The clothesline down by two feet on the weatherboard and seal up the previous holes.

Suspect cable fault or short.

The latch on my wooden gate at my dog grooming salon keeps coming loose. The gate is there to stop the dogs from getting into the main area. I’m hoping someone can either refit the existing latch or install a new one, ideally with a backing plate, so it doesn’t keep pulling out of the MDF.

Render a patch of brick wall outside to blend in with existing render.

Our front wooden and security doors are not locking due to movement in the door frame, presumably with the warmer weather. Need a handyman to fix please.

The plinth board has come away from the house. Needs a small about of digging around to get it back in place then secured with screws. The board will not need to be replaced I would prefer this to do done on a Friday so I can be home

Old Hills Hoist washing line needs to be cut down so we can remove it. Some care is required to protect the garden growing around it. Does not need to be removed, but may need another couple of angle grind cuts to reduce it to manageable pieces for hard rubbish etc collection. It is in backyard, there is a path down side of house for access.
