We would like a mailing fence put in to replace existing fence. Includes removing existing fence. 1.95m high x 12.3m wide.

There are 4 different issues: 1. Picket fence not connected to upright post 2. Rear boundary fence falling over (base of uprights likely rotten) 3. Double gate in picket fence to be rehung with new hinges 4. Side boundary fence leaning We would like the fences fixed and where possible standing upright and reinforced

ideally would like a fence that is not a permanent structure as we are renting so that our dog does not escape possibly would also like to cover up cables and pool pump so he does not have access

* Relocate the existing galvanised steel garden gate, approximately 1,850 mm high × 950 mm wide. * Reposition the gate approximately 15–20 mm from the hinge side to allow clearance for the metal privacy angles. * Install two 1,000 mm lengths of 40 × 40 mm galvanised equal angle to the existing brick pier. * Position the angles to provide privacy along the latch side while allowing the gate to move freely during seasonal and weather-related movement. * Install the gate lock to the gate and brick pier. * Check and adjust the gate alignment to ensure it opens, closes and locks smoothly. Please note: The galvanised angles and gate lock will be supplied on-site.

I have approximately 3 metres of temporary construction fencing already onsite at my property in Newport. The panels are currently leaning and need to be stood upright, properly joined, braced and secured so they cannot fall into the rear laneway or onto anyone. I would also like black privacy mesh/shade cloth attached to block the view through the fence. Please do not use solid tarpaulin if it will create a wind-loading risk. Please include any required clamps, stakes, braces, sandbags or other basic fixings in your offer, and advise how you propose to secure it. Photos are attached. Bottom tooth photos showed how the fence used to look standing right and how it has now fallen with strong winds. This is a temporary make-safe solution only, not replacement of the permanent boundary fence. Budget: $250-300 open to reasonable offers.

Looking to get shared fence repaired.

We are applying for a permit with the council to get a front fence installed. We have a heritage overlay properly so council approval is required. Our original application was declined and noted that we require: 1. A site plan showing the location of the current boundary fence and the location of any proposed boundary fences, including front fences. 2. A revised 1:50 elevation of the proposed front fence, showing: A) Dimensions, including posts, pickets and spacing between the pickets; and B) The proposed colour and finish. We have quotes from some fence companies we can share to support with this mock up for the council. Please advise if you need more detail.
