We had some mould damage in a bedroom, and 2 patches in the bathrooms. The infected areas were dried out with industrial fans, and I just need the plaster on the walls replaced, along with the skirting boards in the bedroom.

Have one large crack in plaster in powder room and tile grout gaps due to property movement. Also have minor plaster cracks in other areas in same room. Looking to repair all and paint( I have some paint from an older job available )

There are 3 large-ish cracks in the living area ceiling, hopefully just the house settling (its only a few years old). These are too big to paint over and a little bit of the gyprock on the ceiling is peeling away, so they will need plastering / skimming before they can be painted. We have the correct paint for the walls / ceiling areas that need painting.
