Looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman to repair a section of ceiling plasterboard (~2m x 1m) on the first floor of my house. Damage was caused accidentally from above (roof access). Area is currently covered with plastic. There is insulation above the ceiling. Scope of work: Remove damaged plasterboard. Install new plasterboard and secure properly to framing. Refit/adjust insulation as needed. Tape, set, and sand ready for painting (painting optional – please quote separately if you can do it)

Hi, I am hoping to turn this study nook into a bedroom. Looking for a carpenter or plaster to make a door out of it. The measurement is:- 135mm (width) and 210mm height. My budget is around 1800 exclude materials. Happy for you to also quote on materials too.

Install plasterboard (Gyprock) to garage ceiling using existing timber joists, including full finishing and painting. 6mx5m Scope: • Inspect existing joists for alignment and suitability • Install additional battens/noggings if required • Supply and fix plasterboard sheets to ceiling • Tape, set, and sand joints to a smooth Level 4 finish • Stop all screw holes and prepare surface for painting • Apply sealer/undercoat • Apply two finish coats of ceiling paint • Install cornice if required (confirm separately) • Clean and remove all waste on completion Notes: • Existing timber joists available for fixing • No major structural modifications included • Electrical works excluded • Insulation excluded unless specified

Two seperate holes in the plaster require fixing.

Water leak from tin garage . Leaking into plaster . Not sure the cost to fix. Cannot afford to replace whole roof.

Patch up a hole in the ceiling. Sheetrock and joint compound provided. Needs to be a perfect smooth finish.
