Laundry – wall under window * Patch/plaster from floor to underside of window sill, approx. 600mm wide from left corner. * Seal as required and leave flat/sound for cabinet installation. * No finish painting required to this 600mm section. 3. Toilet – wall behind toilet * Patch/stop re-sheeted section, including joints, screw/fixing points and holes. * Feather into surrounding wall and sand smooth. * Prime/seal repairs. 4. Ceiling – 15 former light locations * Electrical wiring/fittings are capped and retained for possible future lights – do not plaster over or make inaccessible. * Repair surrounding damage, fitting marks and redundant fixing holes. * Feather, sand and prime/seal repairs. 5. Kitchen – above existing stone splashback * Protect installed stone splashback. * Remove loose/flaking material. * Seal exposed/torn plasterboard paper as required. * Patch/skim damaged sections, including larger torn areas. * Feather, sand and prime/seal. General Protect floors, cabinetry, stone, windows and trims. Hidden areas only need to be flat/sound; visible repairs require proper finishing and painting. Quote to include labour and materials and advise if multiple visits are required for drying/set times.
