Two bathrooms at a property in Thonhill Park/Rockbank need shower waterproofing remediation. Scope: rake out and regrout shower tiles, apply liquid membrane over grout lines, re-silicone all internal corners and shower screen junctions in both showers. Also need plaster make-good on adjacent damaged walls (cut out, patch, set, sand) and repaint affected sections to match. Photos available on request. Remove x2 wall mounted panel heaters from my home and repair plaster wall where the screws went in. See pictures of wall panel heaters. They are worth a little bit, and they were installed upon handover of newly built home in October 2022, turned on only to test and then got a split system installed, so don't use panel heaters. You can have the panel heaters for $50 each as a payment for removing them and repairing the plaster wall, and repainting the screw patches.
