Kitchen ceiling needs new plaster sheets installed. I already have purchased the plaster. Simply require labour now to install. The purple sheet is where a skylight was located previously. This has been removed. Im assuming a timber piece will need to be inserted here to screw the plaster to? I have timber off cuts ready. Thanks.

I need to get ceiling vents plastered which will be vacant after upgrade of my AC system. Attaching the photos for size estimate. The size of each hole is about 35 cm by 35 cm .total ceiling vents to be done are 6.And for the one on wall it’s just small. After plastering, need to repaint the patches as well after sanding

Hi, I need a hole in my garage ceiling plasterboard patched and painted. A plumbing issue was recently accessed and fixed through this section, so the area is safe to close up now. Scope of work: Cut back damaged plasterboard to nearest frame/batten Install new plasterboard patch, stop and set (level 4/5 finish) Sand smooth ready for paint Paint to match existing ceiling (white, standard finish) Reinstate any insulation/battens if needed Photos of the damage attached. Hole is roughly [give approx size, e.g. 60cm x 40cm — adjust to actual]. Located in the garage ceiling, single storey, ladder access should be fine (no scaffolding needed). Looking for someone with plastering/handyman experience who can provide a fixed quote before starting. Happy to have a look before booking if needed.

I have a black curtain rod in my home theater room where the middle bracket has pulled out of the drywall, tearing some of the wall material (white compound/paper is coming out). There are clear photos of the damage. Job details: • Remove the loose bracket. • Properly patch/repair the damaged drywall area(s) so it’s smooth and paint-ready (or painted to match if possible). • Remount the existing bracket (or supply stronger mounting) securely using proper heavy-duty anchors (e.g., toggle bolts) or ideally into a stud if accessible. • Ensure the curtain rod is level and strong enough to hold reasonably heavy theater curtains without failing again. What I need: A quick, clean, and strong fix. The wall is standard painted drywall. Alternative quick fix option: If possible, just remove the existing damaged anchors/screws and install new heavy-duty anchors without doing a full wall patch — that would also work if it can be done cleanly and strongly.

I have de-comissioned an old evaporative cooler on the roof. It's been removed including the ductwork in the ceiling. But now I have 6 ceiling vents which need to be plastered and made smooth ready for painting I have already started it but it's hard for me because i got a sore neck and can't finish it. So I have put new plaster in 3 of the holes but I haven't made it smooth yet. The other 3 vents are untouched and need to be removed. But it's easy, just remove the clips which hold it in, or just break the vents with some tools. I used channel grips. Took me 2 minutes So to summarise: Finish plastering 3 holes which I started. Then remove 3 ceiling vents and re-plaster over the holes. Please make everything smooth and ready for paint. (I have some plaster sheets here ready to go and a big workbench outside to use. I also have a small amount of tools to use if you need I also have plenty of timber of all sizes if you need it. Not sure if you need it or not )

Hi, We need plastering done on two walls (please see photos for sizing). We will be removing the metal sheets that can be seen on the walls of the second photo. The walls/wood on the second photo are not level but we are hoping the finished job/plastering can make this all level. Materials won't be provided so please provide your quote inclusive of cost of materials.
