Find an experienced handyman in Neutral Bay

I need a carpenter that can swop the oven and drawer in my kitchen cabinet around. The drawer is at the bottom which is totally impractical. To maintain the same look the existing drawer etc should be used.

Replace bathroom door handle (Lemaar Orba) ensure it can lock. Replace remote control for ceiling fan. (Mercator RF remote) Mixer tap mounting on the sink is loose so when moving the tap head the base is moving too), just needs tightening.

Render 1 meter bathroom wall it needs to be packed out 20 mm to cover two pipes but the whole wall will have to be packed out because it needs to be told over easy access and parking in neutral Bay

Need a handyman to re-fix loose transition strips in two spots: 1. Outdoor Stairs: Re-secure loose/bent metal nosing on terracotta steps. Needs old debris cleared and a heavy-duty outdoor adhesive (like Sikaflex) applied. 2. Kitchen: attach Aluminum kickboards on floor transition strips. Please bring your own construction adhesive and a masonry drill if screws are needed. Goal is to remove trip hazards. Photos attached.

The sign attached to the awning on the front LHS has become loose and needs to be re-screwed to the a awning. Photos attached.
