Find an experienced handyman in Merewether

I mounted this picture to the wall- unfortunately it fell and damaged the frame. I’d like someone to fix the frame (? Glue) as good as possible and re-hang on wall. Picture is about 10kg.

Hi. I have a water leak in the corner of my family room resulting in damage to a patch of particle board subfloor. It appears there's no flashing around left-hand side of the external window so water has been channelling down the external wall and pooling in the corner. This appears to have been going on for a while. The job: 1/ Install flashing on the left hand (external view) of the window 2/ Replace section of damaged subfloor.

I have a sheer curtain, a roman blind and a roller blind that need to be installed in 2 locations. Merewether: 1 x sheer wave fold curtain with wall brackets. This track is long (513cm) is in 2 lengths with a joiner. There is also a small roller blind, top fixed in a window reveal. New Lambton: 1 x roman blind. This is also large 258cm wide, 205cm drop. There can be another set of hands there to hold up one end of this if necessary. I am an interior designer and these are my clients. Pick up is from my home office in Hamilton. I think you need to provide your own hardware- screws etc. Can be done over one day or 2 but around 7th Feb would be great.
