I just need someone to supply and assemble 2 x timber Lattices structures built around each of my two external air-conditioning units. It needs to cover all three sides (all sides except for the side connecting to the pipes) They are undercover but are subject to a lot of dirt and grass clippings that get into the system so I’m just looking at something that can limit the dirt/grass. It doesn’t need to look pretty at all, can be roughly assembled. I’ve attached some pics of what I am after (again doesn’t need to be neatly assembled or pretty)

The fence had come off in several places and it only needs securing at this point to stop the fence falls over. There is one trellis missing as well and I would like to get that replaced as well.

2 sections of lattice require replacing. One is 3.2m long and 2m tall and the other is 268cm long and 2m tall. There is a bin on site to remove the existing lattice.

One bedroom in Victorian house needs sanding of some recent plastering as well as painting (excluding windows and wardrobes). Corridor and 1.5 walls in another room also need to be done. Paint will be supplied. Lattice work on front of double fronted house also needs to be painted as it is becoming rusty in places. Paint will be provided. Photos can also be provided.

Lattice Work to be removed from two metal poles where it is sitting about 7ft above the ground. One attachment point can be unscrewed. The other needs to be sawn off as there are cameras attached to the timber. Need to provide own tools.

Add 6 timber posts 134cm length to support existing lattice fence

Handyman needed for the following jobs. 1) scrape back the surface rust on some of the front metal barge boards that are attached to roof, and on the support beams on covered porch at side door. 2) paint with product to prevent rust reoccurring. 3) Remove the damaged lattice work which attached to the covered porch at side door, it does need to be replaced. I need assistance with installing lattices onto the timber beams using screws. Given permission, you will need to bring your own drill and tall ladder and access the area from the neighbour's side. Also remove the existing bamboo screens by cutting the coupe of cable ties. Easy job.
