Fridge keeps freezing everything i put inside. I tried by unplugging the unit, cleaning and defrosting the fridge however it still freezes my items in it no matter what settings of “cold” i use. It did get a little better as there isn’t anymore ice producing in the top first shelf inside the fridge. I believe it’s a compressor/gas problem. It might need a top up. Thank you

As part of regular maintenance I need someone to sand and stain the deck in my back yard. The actual area needing work is small. see photos - longest Length of each side measures about 6m This need to be done over 2 separate days so first coat of stain can be applied and dried on first day, then a second coat be applied on a separate date. My husband had done this before and it takes about 2-3 hours each day (total 5-6 hours whole job) We will provide all materials, including skirting tape, sand paper, wood strainer, brush. Please indicate your experience in this type of work and provide before / after photos of previous job if possible. thank you.
