I've got a toilet and a laundry that's just been built need the walls a roof done the timer all there all carpentry done

Mount one TV on gyprock wall and about 10 paintings and 1 clock

Repair areas of gyprock where previous guys did not use tape to join some sheets, couple minor areas where the tape has lifted in the ceiling corners. Some general sanding to smooth some parts of the wall. Attached pics: two corners where tape is lifting. ceiling area needs 3 lines of tapes where is cracking top either side of the door frame to the roof small cracks needs tape. And some additional sanding.

We have just built a sunroom. We need the rendered walls Gyprocked and put a 90mm skirting at the bottom. Wall pictures attcahed. Dimensions/SIZES are updated in last photos.

You must accurately locate the structural wall framing, secure my wall bracket completely level, and cut two clean access holes to safely fish three 3-meter HDMI cables and the main TV power cord invisibly through the wall cavity down to a floor-standing entertainment cabinet. Hi I need an electrician to add a back to back double power point on gyprock. Currently there is a power point on the garage wall on gyprock need to add a double power point opposite side thru gyprock. Must provide the double power point and it needs to be a specific brand check my photos of what it needs to be.

I need 6 gyprock patches fixed. I need them to be scraped, plastered, dry over night, then sanded the next day. Leveled with wall and paint ready. 5 patches approx 20cm x 20cm 1 patch 2m x 0.5m I fixed the patches myself even applied one coat of paint. However I didn’t like the finishing. So need someone to do it professionally. I have more work similar to this that we can discuss once this is done. Thanks
