Hi there, I need an experienced handyman to safely mount a large, heavy mirror. Dimensions: 150cm x 60cm Weight: Approx 15kg Mounting Type: The mirror has 4 recessed mounting holes on the back corners. Wall Type: Drywall/plasterboard with brickwork behind it. Requirements: Needs to be securely mounted using heavy-duty toggle anchors or by drilling through to the brickwork/studs so it is completely flush and safe. I took off wall art and unfortunately the painting has come off with it. Hoping to sort this out before I move out of the room.

There is a hole in the drywall that goes through so you can touch the sliding door inserted in that wall where the doorstop used to be. I would like the hole repaired so that the doorstop can be attached. The sliding door cannot be removed here. I have attempted to do a temporary patch on it (not a great job - was just for cosmetic purposes) but the hole is about 5cm by 5cm without the temp patch. The initial photos show just the screw holes, but the hole is essentially a circle where the doorstop base would have covered. Photos show the screw holes in the wall initially(it is now 5cm diameter hole), the temp patch and the sliding door in the wall where the hole is.

Need a licensed electrician to set up power for a wall-mounted digital display (Cozyla 24” calendar, 12V DC / 3A / 36W) where an old HiLook intercom is being removed. Current situation: the intercom ran on a 12V DC supply with a spare Cat cable in the wall. That supply is only rated ~0.8A, so it’s too small for the new screen. Two possible approaches — happy for you to advise which is best on site: 1. Install a concealed power point (GPO) or fused spur in the wall cavity behind the screen so I can plug in the display’s own 12V adapter, or 2. If practical, trace and upgrade the existing 12V supply to a properly rated one. Either way, the wiring needs to be tidy and the outlet/adapter concealed behind the display. There’s an existing wall recess and cabling to work with.

Drywall wall crack close to internal door to garage acess, on both sides of the door. There are 3 cracks and the angle needs squaring as it's just been filled and become rounded. See the pictures with the Yellow text. The job involves no Painting, No cornace replacement. I just don't want any cracks & nice angled Wall corners (not round corners) . The pictures are looking at is the same door, its just the other side. can remove the door frame if required. I am not looking for someone to add filler, I'd prefer new drywall to make the edges squarer & re-inforce so it doesn't crack. If you want to look first that's ok. You can view and quote me. Finish final touches in sanding the top floor of a home. Walls have been sanded but it need a bit of perfection .

We have 2 blinds that are broken. One of them is very stiff. It's very difficult to pull the blind up. The other one appears to have come off its tracks. We also have a few small holes in the drywall that need patching up.

I have removed a set of floating cupboards and the paintwork, and parts of the drywall have peeled away. I would like these sections cleaned up and replastered along with the screw holes filled. No painting required but the area needs to be ready for paint. The total area is approx 2 sqm, but the whole section doesn’t need to be replastered.
