The job would involve: • Removing any loose or damaged material • Patching and repairing the affected areas • Sealing the surface • Repainting the ceiling so it looks clean and presentable again This is the underside of our balcony (our ceiling), which is approximately first-floor height. Access is from the ground level below the balcony. Ideally looking for someone comfortable working from a ladder or similar access rather than requiring full scaffolding, as the repair area is relatively small.
