The rolling blind mechanism does not hold the blind adjustable in place, it will stay fully up due to weight however if you try to have it half down it will fall and unroll all the way down. I believe a piece is missing and was lost on the mechanism during cleaning. Requirement to replace with a whole new mechanism as displayed in photo or just whatever piece is missing to the current one that isn’t holding the rolling blind up to be adjustable

I’m having issues with my Steelcase Leap V2 office chair. The bottom seat has detached, and the foam is sticking out. The back seat cover has also come out and requires attachment. I purchased is apparently new with issues and purchased from market place.
