I’m having issues with my Steelcase Leap V2 office chair. The bottom seat has detached, and the foam is sticking out. The back seat cover has also come out and requires attachment. I purchased is apparently new with issues and purchased from market place.

Handyman needed for 2 jobs: 1. Fix pantry. This is a rollout pantry and i recently noticed it was stiff, and then found the wheels had come away. It may need new wheels but I need to it to slide out easily again! 2. Our external door to the garage is beyond repair (see rot at bottom) and needs replacing.
