TV brackets were previously installed, and the wall was patched after the tenancy, but the repair is not up to a professional standard. The work needs to be properly patched, sanded, and repainted. Unscrew two venetial blind brackets and then install 2 x dual roller blinds in living room.

The rolling blind mechanism does not hold the blind adjustable in place, it will stay fully up due to weight however if you try to have it half down it will fall and unroll all the way down. I believe a piece is missing and was lost on the mechanism during cleaning. Requirement to replace with a whole new mechanism as displayed in photo or just whatever piece is missing to the current one that isn’t holding the rolling blind up to be adjustable
