Licensed A-grade electrician needed to install 3 x FanForce Revo DC ceiling fans with LED light kits in a double-storey home in Footscray. Fans and light kits are already on site. I need labour plus supply of switch mechs/plates. These are DC fans with no wall control (remote and Wi-Fi app only). Every existing rotary fan speed controller/dimmer must be changed to a plain on/off isolation switch. 1. Living room (ground floor), 48" fan. Straight swap for an existing 4-blade AC fan on a short downrod, flat ceiling. 2. Study/office (ground floor), 36" fan. Replaces a decorative glass pendant on a rotary dimmer. I've seen older photos of this room show a fan installed here at some point, but please do not assume the existing fixing is fan-rated. There is no roof space above this ceiling (bedrooms above), so it can't be reached from above. The old pendant is being binned. 3. Bedroom (first floor), 36" fan. Replaces an existing 3-blade AC fan, flat ceiling, roof space above with manhole access. The wall controller is broken and the plate can't be screwed back on (see photo). Whatever this needs to be made good, please include it. Also: - Test each fan before leaving (speeds, reverse, light, dimming). - Flag anything needing rectification and quote it separately. - No rubbish removal needed, just stack it in one corner. - Vic A-grade licence/REC, please include your number in your offer, and a Certificate of Electrical Safety on completion. - Bring your own ladder, tools and switch mechs/plates. Hello I need a handyman to install a blind in our apartment. It is to be put up outside of the door frame so it sits outside. Blind provided.

Roller blind won't roll up or down (stuck mechanism) and the chain is also broken in half. Need assistance to fix - would prefer not to replace, though a new chain may be required.

I need a certified electrician to install a ceiling fan in a small bedroom at an apartment. Will also need a switch installed. I have the switch. Please see photos for the space in the ceiling. It's for an apartment so limited space. There is concrete in the ceiling a a gap of about 30cm between ceiling plaster and concrete.
