Hi! Looking for someone to assist with cleaning the balcony of dirt, leaves and debris. I have a pressure washer on the balcony to assist. I will also need assistance getting rid of some rubbish such as old pot plants, a broken table, and a bag of soil. Finally, can you please help me glue on some bird repellant sticks on the balcony as I am having trouble with some pigeons. Unblocking kitchen sink pipe/drainage. I’m not able to run the water in my kitchen sink for very long before the drain blocks up and starts to overflow. When I run my dishwasher, the sink also overflows and is pretty gross.

I’m having issues with my Steelcase Leap V2 office chair. The bottom seat has detached, and the foam is sticking out. The back seat cover has also come out and requires attachment. I purchased is apparently new with issues and purchased from market place.

Handyman needed for 2 jobs: 1. Fix pantry. This is a rollout pantry and i recently noticed it was stiff, and then found the wheels had come away. It may need new wheels but I need to it to slide out easily again! 2. Our external door to the garage is beyond repair (see rot at bottom) and needs replacing. I will grab a new door from Bunnings, just need the old one removed and the new one put on.
