Hi, there is some plaster damage I need repaired. It's about 1.5m off the ground and about 50cm tall break. No need to paint.

Roller blind won't roll up or down (stuck mechanism) and the chain is also broken in half. Need assistance to fix - would prefer not to replace, though a new chain may be required.

The towel rack has been replaced but has left two small holes in the bathroom wall which need to be patched/filled. When quoting please include all materials

Repair water-damaged exterior MDF door (Footscray, Melbourne) Looking for a handyman or carpenter to repair water damage to the bottom of an exterior MDF door. Damage limited to the lower edge and lower-right corner where rainwater has occasionally gotten underneath the door during heavy weather. The MDF has swollen and delaminated in this area (see photos). I'd like the damaged material assessed and repaired where practical rather than replacing the entire door. - Remove/cut back damaged and loose MDF. - Rebuild/fill damaged area with a suitable exterior-grade product. - Sand smooth and prepare for painting. - Seal the repaired area against future moisture. - Install a suitable solution to reduce future water ingress (e.g. door sweep, weather seal, drip strip, aluminium kick plate, or similar). Hello my dog bit the skirt wall board and needs to be filled/patched up and painted

Install grab rail in tiled shower - will need to locate the studs and have the appropriate drill for the tiled wall.
