This is a ceiling install (not wall mount) and must be done properly and safely. Requirements (must read): Must have proven experience installing ceiling TV mounts (not just standard wall mounts) Must be able to locate and fix into ceiling joists/trusses (no plaster-only fixing) Must bring all required tools and fixings Must ensure mount is level, secure, and aligned correctly Must test full motorised operation (open/close) before completion Must ensure TV is mounted square and balanced (no twist or sag) Important Details: TV approx. 25kg Mount is motorised and heavier than standard brackets Power point: [There is a high mounted power point with antenna etc near location of ceiling install.
