Been training boxing for about three years and lately I've been spending more time on the other side of the mitts: coaching mates, family, and training partners on technique, pad work, and conditioning. Now I'm opening that up more broadly. Doesn't matter if you've never thrown a punch or if you've been training for a while and want to clean things up, I'm happy to work with both. Sessions are relaxed but focused, and I'll tailor everything to what you're actually trying to get out of it. We can cover whatever's useful: footwork, combinations, defence, pad rounds, boxing-based fitness, or just getting comfortable with the basics. No script, just good work. It would be a 1 hour class, and we will need you to provide boxing gloves and pads. We can provide mats and weights if needed.
