Find an experienced handyman in Double Bay

I have a linen cupboard door which needs to have a bit trimmed off the side. Difficult to open and shut and makes noise. Small job.

hey guys, this one is in Double Bay and parking is provided. This is an appartment that has some hybrid flooring that we need to take up (its not glued) place in small bins. Also, we need to water blast the old garage and place some cleaning material to prep for painting. Need 2 people, so you'll be working with some other person. Need for Friday

I need someone to hang two medium-sized paintings.

The old gas heater was removed but the replacement "Rinnai Avenger 25" is not inside the fireplace cavity, but is awkwardly standing in front. I hope it can be placed within the fireplace cavity. There are tiles on either side & the middle area where the old gas heater was is just bare bricks, & it looks awful.

I need a handyman to brick and plaster a patch of internal wall in a unit. I have the bricks.

Repair plaster ceiling in wardrobe approx. 50cm diameter; replace kitchen washer, get new garage remote working.

Old fancy cornice needs to have remedial plasterwork on one ceiling wall. The whole wall needs to be scraped back patched and repainted with white waterproof paint (inc cornice). Skirting boards need patching and repainting + 2 new French doors need to be repainted in Blue, - Due date: Before Friday, 18 March 2024

I need 4 nails drilled for my battery operated sconces. I have all the equipment except the drill. Just need you to help me measure for correct placement and then drill the nails. Should take around 15 mins max.

electrician attended site. all working. circulation vent installed in laundry. needs a service. solid machines never had issues but electrolux have terrible customer service and i would rather pay someone who is worthy. Their tradesman are nice but the company are not. its just a stacked washer dryer in a laundry. the budget of $100 is to come and have a look and if its a quick fix then so be it but following that we will pay $80 / hour. we've run the place for 6 years so are fairly aware of this.

I have a new portable Polo air con I need help setting up. The pipe needs to extend out my window, but the window opens outwards - so I need help to fill in the gaps. And also position the air con in the right way (it’s near a bed). I have some foam filler and adhesive foam to stick but it’s not enough. So I might need some extra filling for the gaps. **Note - the window slider piece will probably need to be cut shorter - so I need someone with some kind of saw to cut the plastic Please see photos. Tomorrow morning (Friday) would be idea. Before 11am. My outdoor balcony’s awning power doesn’t seem to be working, I think it’s a connection issue or blown fuse. Need someone to come out either today, tomorrow or early Saturday to fix! - Due date: Flexible
