Need to fix the metal stopper at the bottom of door

We are moving out of our rental property and need to replace the vinyl lining from inside the wardrobe door (which was torn by our cat). I have purchased new vinyl - require assistance with removing the old vinyl and applying the new one. Looking to get the job done ASAP!

Instal new door handle - may require holes to be drilled Should take less than 30 minutes!
