My current door is hollow core, with gaps around the edges. Lots of sound comes through. I would like to replace it with solid core door, install new lock (I have bought one - aqara u400 battery operated smart lock - not hard wire power), install seals. Door will be solidcore door (unpainted) from bunnings - not bought yet. Door dimensions are roughly 202cm x 81cm x 3.5cm If you also know which kinds of seals to apply for maximum sound protection, that is ideal. - Door Not-Bought: Hume 2040 x 820 x 35mm External Door Duracote Flush STPC. Unpainted. Will need to be white. - Seals? unknown - Door lock, already bought. Aqara u400

Police raided my air BnB property 3 doors have been damaged 2 of them destroyed. I will need a proper invoice so I can claim damages. I need to all done and finish by 2pm Monday as I have guests checking in. The job 1. Main entrance door needs a smart lock installed. 2. Internal door to my garage needs replaced it had a dead lock and catch 3. Internal bedroom door needs replaced no lock required just door handle lever. I can supply the smart lock, but need the other doors to be supplied and installed. Unfortunately im away working so haven’t had the opportunity to view the damage I only have the photos. Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.
