Hi, Need help to drill a peephole on apartment door and install a peephole camera.

I have a problem with a sliding kitchen door getting jammed. The location is a unit in Willoughby. The tenants can get the door back on the tracks but it’s not moving smoothly and seems to get caught in a different spot every time, but most often at either end of the range. A photo is attached. The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.
