After a break in at my apartment I need door fixed. The strike plate locks bung, the lock plate might be able to be bent into shape, other hardware okay. Also a small patch / fill to door and paint (it is a satin / semigloss water based paint) might be able to find some leftovers in the basement?

Sliding door is heavy and noisy to slide, assuming needs rollers replaced.

We have a Steel Line automatic garage/roller door that has become stuck in programming mode after pressing buttons on the control unit to try get it to stop beeping for a service it got stuck in program mode. The system is now flashing a “4” and the door will not operate correctly. The motor is not broken as were were able to get to go up and down with the + and - but can’t get it out of program mode. It’s making noise but the door is not completing any movement cycles and appears to be stuck in setup/learn mode. We have already tried basic resets including power cycling, but the issue has not resolved. What we need: * Someone experienced with garage/roller door motors (preferably Steel Line systems) * Reset/exit programming mode * Recalibrate or reprogram travel limits if required * Ensure door is fully operational again Details: * Door currently not functioning properly * Motor still powered and making noise Looking for someone who can attend as soon as possible and fix the issue. ⸻

I have recently completed a full renovation and repaint of my apartment, however one bedroom door is no longer closing properly. I require a carpenter who can complete the following: * Adjust and repair the bedroom door so that it closes properly. * Install a striker plate. * Repair the chipped edges of the door and repaint the repaired areas. The bedroom door cannot be taken off the hinges due to their age so it does require planing.

We have 5 or 6 interior doors that need to be removed and marginally shaved down to cater for new carpet. One door is already removed.
