Doors are Unvarnished timber, will likely be oiled or waxed before install. However may wait for framing first. Doorway design for 1000mm(aprox) by 2340mm standard exterior door. Doorway steel framed with 100mm depth (aprox). Also need two through wall small vents installed. Will be 100mm x 80mm max with 100mm depth with all fittings. Can quote this as add on or included. Can quote call out fee and per hour rate if wanted wih minimum hours.

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to install a Canopia Sophia awning (1.6m x 0.9m) over my rear door entrance. Awning materials & assembly instructions are supplied in kit. Will need to bring own tools & appropriate heavy duty timber screws, washers & weatherproof sealer. The awning will be attached to 50mm (approx) thick timber, which sits behind grey mini orb cladding. Happy for the awning brackets to be neatly pre-drilled and mounted using standard spacer sleeves/washers to keep the mini orb flat.

1. Replace 5 Door Handles Remove 5 existing door handles and replace them with new Ikonic Sira Matte Black sets (1 x Passage Set, 3 x Privacy Sets, 1 x Entry Set). Note: The existing holes in the doors are smaller than required for the new locks. Appropriate tools will be needed to enlarge and adjust the door holes to fit the new hardware securely. 2. Relocate/Fix Towel Hook Remove the loose towel hook. Drill a new hole to securely mount the hook into a sturdier position. Fill the previous hole neatly with plaster/filler. 3. Repair and Fix Toilet Paper Holder Remove the loose toilet paper holder. Fix the damaged/cracked plaster. Re-secure the holder so it is firm and stable. NO PAINTING REQUIRED: You only need to do the plastering/filling work. Materials Provided: I have all 5 new Ikonic door handle sets ready to go. Tools Required: Please bring your own tools, including hole-enlarging tools for the doors, wall anchors, drill bits, plaster filler, fibreglass sheet and sanding equipment.
