I would like to replace the old square deadlatch/deadbolt with a handle style yale smart lock (already purchased). Door frame might need to be replaced too by the looks of it.

I am after getting a new, unmodified exterior door installed in place of an existing door. On top of this, I would like to get a doggy door installed on the new door. I am able to provide the materials (see picture). The hardware/fittings of the previous door must be transferred to the new door. This includes a knob and a deadlock. The door measures 2040 x 820 x 35. At the end of the work, there would be a new door installed, which includes a doggy door. Price is fairly flexible.
