Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great!
