Fixed cracked lower front fascia - either glue it back or help secure it until I replace the lower front fascia and install ACC camera bracket. We removed the camera when we installed the hidden winch mount (chief products). It’s for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee - wk2 model. I also need the ACC camera reinstalled so the cruise control works.

1. Installation of pre bought 48 cm ceiling Light fan. This will replace the current ceiling led light fan. The new fan has a normal light (no LED). - their is a wall control switch for the old fan. The switch lock on the left-hand side of our main door is stuck and cannot be unlocked. It appears to be a built-in lock on a folding or sliding door system (see attached photos for reference). Hammering noise with water pipes. Water pressure is low in kitchen and so is hot water temperature. Kitchen tap needs retightening.

Toilet seat is loose and needs to be replaced. The seat slides off to one side when you sit on it and I think the hinge is broken. Shower door is glass and swings in and out on a hinge. The splash guard at the bottom of the shower is missing and I think the weight of the door has caused the top hinge to become loosened a bit because it’s the door now is on a slight an angle and won’t swing inwards anymore.

I need a qualified plumber to change my kitchen sink tap. The one I have is too low and I want more of an arch style because I have bought a flow pure water filter which attaches to a tap but will be too low with my current tap. This filter attaches to most taps apart from the hose style.
