We have three IKEA MITTZON screen frames (with screens) that cannot be installed with feet in this location. The feet physically do not fit in the stair area, so an alternative fixing solution is required. The frames are to be installed on the stair area, behind existing low shelves, covering an area that is currently temporarily filled with: • White plywood at the bottom, and • Cardboard panels at the top The intention is to replace this temporary setup with a safe, stable and professional installation using the three MITTZON frames. The frames must be: • Fixed to one wall • Anchored to the floor (taking the stairs into account) • Connected to each other so they form one stable structure This is a commercial clinic environment, so safety, durability and a clean finish are essential. Scope of work includes: • On-site assessment of the stair area, shelves and frames • Proposing a viable fixing solution (e.g. brackets, rails, floor anchors, wall mounts, or custom fixings) • Supplying or advising on appropriate hardware • Installing the frames securely so there is no movement or wobble • Ensuring the finished result looks neat and integrates with the shelving and stair structure Important notes: • Feet cannot be used in this location • The solution does not need to follow IKEA instructions, but must be safe and sturdy • Experience with IKEA systems, office partitions, cabinetry or stair installations is highly preferred • Own tools required • Photos can be provided before the job Location: Dee Why Timing: Flexible, preferably ASAP

Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary.
