Experienced Handyman – Belmont | Thursday 10am–3pm Looking for an experienced handyman for 9:30am–3pm this Thursday/tomorrow to help get a rental property ready, with potential follow-up work on Friday. There’s a variety of general jobs to work through, including removing curtain rods/wall fixings, patching holes ready for the painter, minor skirting repairs, bathroom seals, tightening a toilet seat, securing a mailbox, removing/replacing some old lattice, small gardening/clean-up jobs and other general repairs. Not expecting everything to be completed in the 5 hours, just to work through a list for that time period. Must be confident working independently and have all own tools and equipment. I’ll supply any job-specific materials required.

Looking for someone very handy with attention to detail to install the flyscreen mesh onto two existing security door frames. I already have everything needed e.g. new flyscreen mesh, Spline/rubber, Spline roller tool and Utility knife. The old mesh has already been removed, so the job is simply fitting and tensioning the new mesh, installing the spline and trimming the excess for a neat finish. Just after a clean professional result with no wrinkles or loose mesh.
