Need to setup a garden shed. 3m x 2.25m Gable Roof Shed. Brand: Easy Shed. The area is in the Picture attached. its a artificial grass. one side is 2.2 m which is .05 m smaller then the shed. May need to break the paving or I am also open to suggestion to put additional paving on Artificial grass. Looking for a cost effective solution here. the height from grass to paving is 3cm. Install 4 drawer faceplate + 4 handles (I provide) Install 3 more handles on to cabinet (I provide) Remove 1 old small kitchen window blind and install the roller in place (I provide) tricky bit is the screws for the handles I have are just too short so if you don’t have existing screws you need to head down to Bunnings to get them (it’s 2 mins away from the place) RE silicone a small kitchen sink area from the cooking stove to the sink with solid white (not clear) silicone I will be at St James around 3:30pm so if you come after 3:30pm today it will be great

I need to install a ceiling fan in my patio. A licensed electrician is required to do the final wiring to the already bought ceiling fan (Leyndell 142cm DC fan, as per photos) The fan only needs to be connected and ensure its proper functioning. -The fixing bracket already attached to the patio structure (see photo). - The sparky only needs to do the wiring connection. We need someone to repair our roller blind please. The kids pulled too hard on the cord and it came loose from the bracket. I’m wanting a Handyman to put new fly wire on my security door out the front on the porch but also I’m wanting an 8 inch square or approximately 20 cm² to be cut out of the security door on the left-hand side for my cat to go in and out and then to put a flap over the cut out. This will be used when the front glass door is open so the cat could go in and out through the security door during the day.
