Find professional cornice repairs in NSW

Looking for an experienced painter to paint the entire interior of a two-storey house including the garage (see attached floor plan). The job includes all walls, ceilings, and cornices throughout the home. Please note that all windows have cornices, and there are also skirting/cornice details along the bottom of all walls that need proper finishing. The work should include proper surface preparation, patching if required, and applying two coats of paint for a clean, professional finish. I will supply Dulux paint, and the painter should bring all necessary tools and equipment. Payment will be made in cash.

The House is over a hundred and ten years old. There is occasional movement and the cornice separates from the wall or ceiling. It has been repaired before, a quite simple job really. Probably not much more than an hours work.

There is a small gap in the cornice where air conditioner ducting was removed. I can purchase the cornice from Bunnings. I need it to be cut and installed and gaps filled.

I have a damaged cornice and part ceiling due to water leak from recent rains. I need them cut out and removed along with part of the ceiling so as we can locate the leak. After leak is repaired we would like ceiling and cornice replaced

fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. One has been smashed, this is the photo where it has been taped over in white. The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish this. Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.

Cornice (standard size) supply and installation for 2 rooms (see floor plan attached for measurements). Bed 1 and 2. Coverings needed for furniture and carpet if sanding is required.

Old cupboards from 1970s have been removed and the wall/cornice/ceiling now needs resurfacing on two walls. See pictures attached. There may be other odd small plastering jobs through the house that can be added as a separate task once assessed.
