Hi, i’m looking for a qualified painter to paint the ceiling & cornice throughout my 2 living rooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Hallway & Entry with 1 coat of paint. The house is empty and i already have the paint (Dulux Natural White), I’m going to paint the walls myself but just need the cornice & ceilings done to save me time before i move into the house.

Patch and paint the bulkhead on my kitchen. Also replace 2 pieces of cornice (only the bits over the doors, not around the whole bulkhead). Also need to paint and patch the ceiling. And there are a couple holes that need to be patched and painted. And there a small strip that needs to be painted above the wardrobe.

There is a small gap in the cornice where air conditioner ducting was removed. I can purchase the cornice from Bunnings. I need it to be cut and installed and gaps filled.

Install & Set Cornice (Approx. 800mm x 800mm Section) Looking for someone to install and set a small section of cornice as shown in the photo. Materials will be provided — just need your labour and experience. Scope of work: • Measure, cut and install cornice (approx. 800mm x 800mm area) • Set joins neatly • Fill • Leave area clean and tidy (I will sand and paint it) This is a small, straightforward job but I’d like someone who has installed cornice before and can achieve a clean finish. fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. One has been smashed, this is the photo where it has been taped over in white. The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish this. Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.

Cornice (standard size) supply and installation for 2 rooms (see floor plan attached for measurements). Bed 1 and 2. Coverings needed for furniture and carpet if sanding is required.

Old cupboards from 1970s have been removed and the wall/cornice/ceiling now needs resurfacing on two walls. See pictures attached. There may be other odd small plastering jobs through the house that can be added as a separate task once assessed. Cornice at the top of cupboard needs to be replaced. Between the ceiling and the cupboard. Photos are attached. To fit with the rest of the apartment. Need just a small section done above the cupboard only. Before Thursday 23rd October.

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? Would love this done this week before it comes down or breaks under the flexion thanks so much. Photos attached.
