Find professional cornice repairs in NSW

I have one strip of about 3m long cornice that is detaching from the top. The task is to reattach it so that it is secured and there is no gap.

Looking for an experienced plasterer or Gyprock repair specialist to inspect and repair damaged ceiling areas in my rumpus room and carport. There has been rain-related damage, and some sections of the ceiling and cornices have developed cracks, gaps and separation. Scope of work: * Inspect the damaged areas and assess the repairs required. * Repair or replace damaged Gyprock/plasterboard sections where necessary. * Fix gaps and separation along ceiling edges, joints and cornices, including above the sliding door. * Re-secure any loose ceiling sections where required. * Complete plastering, jointing, sanding and finishing for a smooth appearance. * Check whether any underlying support or framing repairs are needed. * Use suitable moisture-resistant or exterior-rated materials where appropriate, particularly in the carport. * Provide a separate quote for painting if required. Photos of the affected areas are attached. Looking for someone experienced in ceiling repairs who can inspect the damage, recommend a suitable permanent solution and provide a reasonable quote. Please indicate your experience, availability and estimated cost, including labour and materials. Ideally, I would prefer an inspection before confirming the final scope of work.

I have a water damaged piece of ceiling and cornice that I need replaced.

Remove, replace and install a section of cornice that's come loose. One section (pictured) in the backroom and a few more sections in the ensuite. The backroom, the section coming loose is around 1220mm but would like to replace from the corner which will make the total section to repair at least 3m. I understand if the price needs to change because you find more work is needed when you get onsite. Please include supply in the price

Please patch the holes left behind when a small built in wardrobe was removed. A new, longer wardrobe is going in over the top so it doesn’t need to be painted, but do want the holes repaired, any residual silicone removed, smooth/sanded finish. NO PAINTING NEEDED. White filler is perfect/fine. For scale, the new wardrobe is going to be 2200 width, 650 depth, 1950 upright, and that’s larger than the old one was. First floor apartment in St Marys.

Cornice needs to be replaced in bedroom… only 2 walls
