Remove and replace ceiling in bathroom

We had our old split systems removed and they left holes in our wall that we would like patched, there are 4 holes in our gyprock wall around the house, a hole in our laundry which is a fibro wall, and a hole in our cornice in the laundry.

Bedroom 90mm cornice install Cornice are on site. Ceiling installed already.

I'm looking for a quote to supply and install cornices in a residential unit renovation at 2/98 Fern Street, Randwick NSW 2031. Scope summary: • Approximately 65 linear metres of cornice throughout the unit • Profile: Gyprock 90mm Cove (or equivalent simple cove profile) for all dry areas — living, bedrooms, kitchen, hallway • Wet area requirement: PVC cornice is required for the full bathroom including the shower recess (standard plaster cornice is not suitable for direct shower/moisture exposure). Approximately 12–15 LM of PVC cornice in the bathroom • Substrates are a mix of existing plaster ceilings and new Gyprock-lined walls. Most walls are masonry (double brick), the fridge recess walls are stud-framed with plasterboard • All internal corners and external corners to be neatly jointed and cement-filled • Finished ready for paint (no painting required in this scope) A few things to note: • Access is via common stairwell, ground floor unit — no lift Also attached a markup i've prepared showing extent of conices and beams.

Previous plasterer has gone on holidays for the next two weeks. Job half complete. Need to have cornices installed in 3 rooms. Total approx 35m. Already in apartment ready to go. Needs to be done prior to next Wednesday as carpet is being installed. Looking for Monday/tuesday next week or as close as possible to that. It was estimated as two days work remaining previously. Walls and ceiling gyprock removed in one room. Re insulated and gyprock and cornice replaced.

A couple of ceiling cornices in the bathroom are cracked and started falling, will need replacing. Please see photos attached. Thanks

Re-attaching a fallen cove cornice piece in picture . Clean old adhesive, applying new adhesive (like cornice cement or construction adhesive), and supporting it while it sets prefer no nails as I don’t want to repaint Its in one peice so should be easy to re glue

Looking for a plasterer or handyman to repair a corner section of cornice in a bedroom. The Job: > * Remove damaged section and install new 90mm Cove Cornice. One side is approx 18cm, the other is 27cm. Tasker to supply the small length of cornice and adhesive. Need the joins set and finished so they are ready for me to paint later.
