Bathroom cornice needs to be repaired, then painted

Looking to get some cornice installed and and small patch on wall done after kitchen renovation Must be qualified to do the task

I require a gyprock repair approximately 80cm long - I don’t have the piece that fell out. And glue another corner so it’s not sticking out. Also require a man hole cover- man hole is in garage.

A piece of cornice has detached and needs to be reinstated. May require small amount of patching . Ceiling 5m high. I do not have a ladder tall enough.
