Hey guys, a few things needing done to upgrade our staircase. 1 - Boxing in the individual steps so we can use for storage underneath. (White backing is fine as we are getting new flooring). 2- Creating a door at the bottom of the staircase to hide the storage area (I understand the shape would be different than the inspiration picture, but hopefully you can get an idea of what I’m after). 3 - New hand rail (all white) I have attached pictures for inspiration and also what it is currently like. **Please read the add** I have a few odd jobs that need fixing around this small single level 3 bedroom townhouse. Yaun Street Coomera, near the boathouse Tavern. 1:- Bedroom Door handle in master bedroom is loose and needs tightening 2:- Squeaky queen bed that just needs to be tightened with an Allen key. 3:- Garden watering system. Just needs a small repair on the black hose as it’s spring a leak and lost a bit of pressure in water. 4:- Bathroom latch needs refixing as it’s come off and not able to be used. 5:- Outdoor Security light near the washing line needs replacing 6:- Washing line needs tightening where it attaches to the brick outdoor wall. 7:- a tip run with some small kids games tables that are no longer needed.
