We have an AEG washing machine and dryer. We bought them second hand and they’ve never really worked amazingly. The dryer doesn’t fully dry your clothes and our washing machine stopped working yesterday with an “E10” error. Hoping to see if they can be fixed as I know AEG are usually a good brand.

Our front gate is getting stuck where it closes, especially after sitting in the sun (possibly due to heat expansion). My husband tried filing it but it’s still catching. We need someone to adjust or trim the area around the lock – or replace that part if needed – so the gate closes smoothly without friction.

We have a planter box around the terrace (see pictures), it was waterproofed some years ago (perhaps 5-7 yrs ago, not sure) but is now leaking again (we filled it with water and confirmed it is leaking). The job is to: • Remove the existing rendering (and the parts of the membrane that are still on it) at the bottom and on the sides of the planter box • Redo the rendering at the bottom and on the sides of the planter box Someone else will then re-waterproof on top of the render. Supply all material, cleanup the site after and take away the old render / rubbish The planter bed size: • Surface of 6.75 m2 (bottom) + planter bed walls • L Shape of 6 m x 2.5m - 45cm wide • Walls of 60cm height.

Need someone with a better drill to install a hoselink. Need to drill four holes into brick with a 10mm masonary drill bit. I can do the rest. My drill is a POS! With the right tool this will be pretty quick. I've marked the wall. Just dont have a good drill.

Hi, I have 8 doors that I’ve hung. I’ve bored holes for door handles. Door handles need installing and latch strikers might need recessing into frame. One door needs hanging and handle installed from scratch.

Install ceiling fan in lounge room (no light in fan) (Milano Slider Series). Fan will be assembled by owner. Ample access in roof cavity with manhole near front door of apartment (top floor apartment). Timber strut to span the joists to hold ceiling fan. Location already confirmed to be clear of obstructions. Switch wire to be fed down existing lounge light switch and change single light switch to double (existing lounge light and ceiling fan). No fan controls to install. Remote is used to operate fan. Install pendant light over dining table. Light wooden pendant (placement already marked). Switch on wall already in place.
