Patch holes and paint two walls. I have two walls in two bedrooms where picture rails were installed. They have been removed and I need the holes patched, sanded and the walls painted to a professional standard. The holes are about 10mm wide and there is maybe six of them. The walls are approximately H2.7 x W3.5 metres.

Need 3 attic openings fully covered over, plus a small hole in the wall. Needing 2 identical openings plastered over (2330x920). Plus, another opening (1340x1400). Maybe needing stud walls? Not sure what the best way to go about it would be. Also one small 20x20 patch work needed over a hole on the wall. Opening to the attic is around 100x100 to fit material, equipment and tools through which I can help with. A ladder runs to the upstairs. Space will be cleared out before work is carried out.
