Need someone to offer some advice on the right kind of baby gate to install at top of stairs as I do not trust the pressure mount ones as they never seem to be safe enough. Then need the person to install it. I believe the walls are brick / plaster. Would like someone more experienced than me with putting screws into masonry with minimal damage. Have a masonry drill and drill bit that would work.

I already have the new toilet seat ready on-site, so you only need to bring your tools. ​The main challenge is that the existing metal fixings connecting the seat to the toilet bowl are completely stripped and stuck. They spin in place and cannot be unscrewed normally, preventing the old seat from detaching from the ceramic base. ​What needs to be done: ​Removal: Safely remove the old toilet seat and the stuck metal fixings without damaging the toilet bowl. ​Note: You will likely need to use a drill, hacksaw, or grinder to cut/break the metal parts, or potentially access it from behind. Please bring appropriate tools for dealing with stripped metal fasteners. ​Installation: Install the new toilet seat (already provided by me).

But you will need to bring the drill and potentially different screws/ nails just in case. It is concrete walls for the rods I think and for the hanger, its typical in-built closets
