Gate hinge and brick has come away - requires reattaching or alternative method of securing gate hinge to wall and making gate solid and functional again.

Tighten springs on garage doors I tried this myself but didnt have the knowhow or tools appropriate. Ended up having to put back together but incorrectly. Id say pretty quick job for someone handy.

- Small scratch in wall to be filled - One kitchen cabinet door edging to be applied about 2 cm in width - shower filter needs to be added on to shower head Will need all supplies & tools for this task*

New Cabinets installed and now need plaster / Gyprock on back and side walls around the new cabinets. Ideally it would have been done before but unfortunately it didn’t work out that way. I have a sun room in my flat with a large window. I need a new blind installed which may include drilling to secure brackets. I have the blind, screws and brackets but I dont have a drill nor the expertise. A ladder would also be required.

There are 3 tasks in order of importance 1. Reattached cabinet door. It blew off in a storm and see pic of where the screws ripped out. 2. Clean BBQ plates and remove rust 3. Remove rust from BBQ hood.

Need a hose pipe bracket/ mounting to be fixed onto brick wall. Requires drill with diamond tipped drill bit to screw into brick.

Reattach front to kitchen drawers which has come loose/fallen off

Window awning no longer winds in and out properly when using the winch box . Need to physical pull it down. On a 2nd floor window

Nordic Track treadmill is set up on our back verandah. It’s under cover but I think got some water damage in recent storm. It turns on but none of the buttons work to get it going.

Rug needs to be carried upstairs it’s fairly large 4.6m x 5m. Old rug (same size) needs to removed from under bed and taken to tip. New rug needs to be placed in the same position - this job would be better with two people as the bed and mat are heavy / awkward. In addition i’d like my vines in garden redirected to go under the existing piece of wire - need a ladder for this

3 x small shelves to install on bedroom wall. Simple install and quick task. Artiss shelves purchased from Amazon. Comes with screws but wall plugs are too small. Double brick wall, so must have suitable drill.
