Scope of work: Replace one cast iron panel (approx. 0.5m) from the front balustrade with cast iron panel to be taken from the rear balustrade. Remove the remaining rear balustrade section (approx. 2.25m) + replace the rear section with new wooden balustrade panels Stabilise several loose cast iron panels around the porch (minor tightening/repair) Notes: The house is an older Queenslander, so care is needed when removing and reinstalling panels I can provide photos Materials for the wooden balustrade can be supplied by you or quoted separately Flexible with timing during the day. (Happy for doggy door to removed and replaced by plain mesh) Remove old kitchen blind and replace with new one. This will need to be cut to fit as blind is 180cm W and space is 177cm.
