The job involves: * Removing several screws/wall fixings and neatly filling and repairing the holes with plaster, ready for painting. More screws than the example photos suggest. Potentially 25 in total. * Repairing a light oak timber feature wall where screens have previously been screwed/attached, including filling and blending the fixing holes as neatly as possible. * The light oak timber has also become unevenly discoloured/stained from sun exposure, so I would like the timber lightly sanded/polished and restored to achieve a more even, natural light-oak finish. Ideally looking for someone who has experience with both plaster repairs and timber finishing/restoration and can leave everything looking neat and professionally finished. Please bring the appropriate tools. I will pay for materials as required. Happy to provide photos before quoting if helpful.

I need a handyman to install grab rails for my elderly parents for their bathroom and toilet. I would do it myself but the walls are made out of fibro or plaster wall and some parts are hollow I think, so don’t want to do a botch job. If the walls are hollow the handrails will need to be attached to something more solid so they can bare the weight of someone grabbing onto the rail. Hoping to leave that to you, making sure you have the right materials for the job. There will be 3 handrails to install in total. 2 in the shower, 1 in toilet. I’m offering $50 an hour but open to reasonable negotiations.

I have 6 custom doors made and painted for IKEA cupboards (cupboards already built and installed). I need the doors carefully installed to ensure even heights.

I have a Kings 270 awning that needs to have new holes drilled to mount three brackets to the awning that can then be mounted to the actual roof top tent. So you’ll have to drill new holes to do it and then bolt brackets on. Should take like 90 minutes and I’ll be here to help with attaching to the car. It’s just much more likely to get done if I pay somone 😂

The tub and tap was removed in the past but we would like to reinstate. We have bought the tub, just need it installed. The tap for the washing machine will need to be supplied.
