The automatic sliding gate at my property keeps jamming up intermittently. I've been regularly cleaning the tracks and lubricating the wheels underneath, but the issue keeps returning. Have 2 areas requiring work on shade cloth, one area 1.8m x 2.2m just requires some refixing, edges of shade cloth, easy access. Area 2 is 1.8m x 4.1m requires old shade cloth to be removed and new shade cloth installed, easy access, pergola frame is same height as house facia, maximum height just over 2 metres, work can be completed ground level using ladders and plank. All parts are provided, already purchased, shade cloth and fixings.

We have a 1979 Viscount Caravan that was completely restored when we bought it in 2020. We have recently noticed that the inside top panel needs to be repaired/replaced. And a small leak fixed. This would require someone who is very experienced at caravan repairs. This will involve an examination and possibly replacement of the existing rubber canvas skirt. It is not in bad shape but the wood it attaches to seems to be in parts.
