The garage door will need the exterior veneer and mouldings replaced and repainted. Two of the cornices in the garage ceiling have dropped. These will need to be repaired/replaced. There may be some other small things in the unit too (eg. repair/replace shelving in the pantry).

6 shutters on a double story building which will not be moved once in position- need to be fixed in place. 2 upper, 1 ground level window. -remove old hinges from house -attach new lift-off hinges -place existing metal scrolls over shutter edges and ensure that shutter is fixed in place. For height reference, the black door in the image is 2300mm high,so height to the top of the top window is approximately 5500mm. -

3 pairs of 2000 X 540mm wooden shutters (15+20kg?) for 2 upper windows (approximately 8 meters) on a tall house, and 1 ground level window, see photos. The shutters do need to have hinges attached- we will provide detachable hinges. the shutters are decoration only, so they'll need to be fixed permanently open. (They will be painted before installation) You should have your own insurance. The windows do not open, On the upside, the ground below it is a very flat terracotta tiled turning area for cars Install sometime in Feb or March The shutters will not be shut and opened, they are ornamental They need to be secured so that they never open If you screw them on to the wall, the screw heads must be painted properly (sanded so that the undercoat and top coat are keyed on. One bracket of my bedframe was installed incorrectly 10 years ago and I've been making do ever since, however it looks like over time it has warped and now the screws don't go in. I don't know if the bracket should be adjusted or replaced. Don't mind either way as long as I get my bed back!

We have a six zone automatic watering system with a Rainbank controller (Rainbird ESP ME) and Davey rainbank pump that utilizes an underground water tank. We are decommissioning one zone to allow artificial lawn installation. This zone was for the rear yard lawn. The task is to: - check all zones and repair all leaks (if any) and sprinklers including micro sprinklers - block and decommission the six pop-up sprinklers that previously watered the rear lawn area - around 95m2. This are is being fitted with artificial grass - reprogram and check irrigation controller including changes to the rear lawn zone - check and service the Davey rainbank pump and controller - run and test all zones on completion of service, repairs and replacement Please let me know if you’d like any further photographs or description as to what is required
