We have a concrete awning which has reinforcing rods strengthening it. Water has gotten into the rods, rust has set in, the rods have expanded causing the concrete to crack and come away. I need this resolved to the point that I can repaint it. This can be either: 1. the rust stabilised on the rods and the concrete patched; or 2. the entire awning demolished and replaced. I would recommend that a site visit be undertaken before you quote.

Moved into house 2025. Bathroom ensuite window stuck since moving in - awning style - would like to improve ventilation, seeing if anyone can try to open it, ideally would love to be able to open/close it (no fly screen). Access to window can be inside ensuite and on top of single story garage roof (ladders available). Weekends and wednesdays.

The awning does not have fasteners to hold the plastic in just a few seals etc. so you have to tie ropes or something to keep it together while you hold it up and drill the holes. Need you to put in 4 Dynabolts sleeve anchors to securely fasten fixtures to brick wall.
