I have 4 sections of floor boards around our fridge that I need replaced. I have the boards.

I need 15m2 of floating floor boards laid

The floor is my rental property has been scratched over a significant portion of the floor. The scratches are all superficial but of course my main concern is not getting my bond back due to this. I am looking for someone to do a professional job such that it's not obvious, if the repair is going to be obvious with discoloration etc I would prefer to leave it completely.

Needing deep scratch repair in wooden floorboards, would like it to be unnoticeable as possible.

We are looking for an experienced flooring contractor/handyman to remove and replace several damaged timber-look floorboards near an internal doorway. The affected boards have separated/lifted around the doorway and wall edge and need to be replaced so the flooring sits flat and the joints are properly aligned. Scope of works: * Inspect the damaged flooring and confirm the cause of the lifting/separation before replacement. * Remove the affected floorboards carefully without unnecessarily damaging surrounding boards. * Supply and install suitable replacement boards that closely match the existing colour, grain, width and finish. * Cut boards neatly around the door jamb/wall. * Ensure appropriate expansion clearance is maintained around the perimeter. * Refit/finish edges and doorway transition as required. * Dispose of removed flooring and leave the area clean and tidy. Approximate measurements from the attached photos: * Floorboards are approximately 220 mm wide. * One affected section extends approximately 600–620 mm from the doorway/junction. * The longer affected run is approximately 2.2 metres. * Please refer to the attached measurement photos for exact site dimensions. There is noticeable movement/separation particularly at the corner of the door jamb, so we would also like the contractor to advise if there is an underlying issue such as insufficient expansion allowance, damaged locking joints, subfloor movement or moisture before simply installing new boards. Important: Please include in your offer whether materials are included, and whether you can source a close matching floorboard. If an exact match cannot be obtained, please advise what solution you recommend. Photos and measurements are attached for reference.

We had to remove (most of) our kitchen kickers to install new flooring. We need someone to remove the remaining kickers and put in new ones throughout the kitchen. We have Laminex Brushed Brass elsewhere in our home and would like that same product used for our new kitchen kick boards. Source/make, install! These are the measurements: 1880 x 140 1365 x 140 1245 x 145 550 x 145 565 x 150 250 x 150 2500 x 150 1750 x 140 660 x 140 The brushed brass needs to be cut and installed horizontally (‘grain’) to match existing kickboards elsewhere in home. Ideally we’re looking for someone who works precisely and neatly to complete the job between October 5th and 8th.

I have ripped up all of the old carpet from four rooms but need someone to remove all of the staples around the edge of the rooms and clean the floors so they are ready to be oiled

Need decking boards layed approx 35sm, I will supply all materials, including removal of old deck.

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.

Multiple small gaps in floorboards , need small gaps filled with wood coloured gap filler. House is on piers- easy access. Easy job- I can’t do it as I’ve just had surgery.

Hi there, I’ve come across your work on Airtasker and was hoping you might be able to help with a small floorboard repair job. We have three small areas of timber flooring that have been damaged over time, mainly from dog scratches and general wear and tear. I’ve attempted to sand back and restain the affected areas myself, but I’m not happy with the finish and would really like to have them repaired professionally and blended back into the existing floor as well as possible. I’m not looking to have the entire floor sanded or refinished, just these three localised areas. We’re currently renting the property and are vacating, so I’d ideally love to have the work completed this Monday, 17 August, if you have any availability.
