Need board that was added to be replaced with a floor board

Bathroom was recently renovated after extensive water damage in the bathroom that also damaged some hallway wooden floating floorboards. They weren't able to be replaced at the time of the bathroom being done, so now needs to be arranged. Some lower wall skirting also needs to be attended to. I have the original spare floating floorboards. Photos attached. Budget can be discussed.

Scope of Work: Cut the provided floorboards to exact size and shape, interlock/fit them seamlessly into the exposed gap across the doorway threshold, and secure them down flush with the surrounding floor. Requirement: Must bring your own cutting tools (drop saw/multi-tool) and flooring adhesive to ensure a neat, level finish. We have an old deck at the back of our property and it has been progressively developing soft and rotten patches. After a few of these gave way in the last couple of months, I decided to replace the boards and have started taking up the old ones. There are some joists that will also need replacing. Once I got underneath the deck, I found a post that also seems in need of replacement - and posts are beyond my amateur skills! There’s two issues with it: the bottom has rotted and it has sunk in its stirrups, leading to a drop in the level of the deck towards the center. 2. The beam for the triangular section is resting on the bracket by only a small area and looks unsound. So, at a minimum, the existing post needs replacing, probably with two new posts installed in place, and the work to replace the boards needs completing across the whole surface. Call this work “make safe”. There’s a second option I’d like a quote on , which is to replace the triangular section of the deck entirely, with a square section leading out on to the lawn. Which would mean we don’t need to do an install in place. Understand that this will be more expensive but we don’t like the triangular section, and would like to know how much more expensive. 2x, 5x, 10x etc. call this “rebuild triangle”.

Install hybrid floorboard to concrete floor. Roughly about 90m2

We would like 4 decking boards on our back deck replaced. The deck is on the first level with easy access all round, including from underneath. 1st photo shows the deck on approach. 2nd photo shows the worst board. 3rd photo shows the deck from underneath/from gound floor. Existing boards are 90mm wide and approx 1410mm long. No painting required.

I have a small section of floorboards (380 × 680mm) that is open and needs to be filled with matching boards. I have the matching leftover floorboards ready to use in sizing 330x2100mm I need an experienced flooring/carpentry person to cut the boards to size and securely install them so the finished section is neat and level with the existing floor.

I need some to install my hybrid floor board in two bedrooms
