Carpet was lifted up to reveal raw orignal floorboards which we need to fill any small gaps, seal and varnish. Approx 35sqm of flooring (3 bedrooms and 1 small area) House is in Carnegie.

Need extra set of hands installing these floorboards.. they clip on and it’s pretty easy work. Prefer someone with floating floorboard install experience. Estimate about 6 hours work

I am hoping to see if there are any handy people available this Monday-Thursday to rip up carpets, underlay, nail strips and some vinyl sheet in a small two bedroom house in Scarborough in prep for floor sanding for next week. Also demo of some kitchen cabinets and a wardrobe in a shed/studio. No need to take the stuff away, just put it in a carport for separate collection (unless you want to include removal and add that into your offer).

We need our bamboo floorboards—which are glued onto the concrete substrate—removed asap. We’ve started but need a hand. It’s a long story. Reckon it’ll probably take 4 hours with two people (my husband plus someone to help). EDIT: have changed to a per hour price in case it takes more or less time.

I need a person/s to crawl under the house and hammer in wedges between the floorboards and posts holding them up. I have a heap of wedges. Person/s needs a nail gun to also nail floorboards at certain areas. I think the job would only take between 1-2 hours. Would prefer person/s who have done this before. Entrance to crawl space is 40cm H x 65 cm W. Actual crawl space is about 70 cm H and you shouldn’t need to crawl more than 4 metres in length (which is the length of the lounge room). Please see photos. Photos of the floorboards are marked with crosses where they squeak (please zoom photos out to see crosses). I will be in attendance and can help with a torch from above. Ideally would like this work done this weekend, 8 or 9 Nov, or Mon 10 or Wednesday 11 Nov.

Looking for vinyl floating floor boards to be installed in a small kitchen over existing tiling. Approximately 6 square metres. Flooring already provided. Floor is already level. Might need to even out some imperfections.

I need two small bedroom cupboards carpeted — they’re shown in the attached floor plan (Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4). I’ll have the new carpet ready on site. The task includes: • Removing the existing carpet in both cupboard areas. • Preparing the surface as needed (clean, smooth, and ready for new carpet). • Laying and neatly fitting the new carpet into both cupboards. • Trimming and securing edges professionally for a clean finish. • Ensuring all offcuts and waste are removed after the job. Requirements: • Must have all the correct tools and equipment to complete the job (knee kicker, carpet knife, tucker, etc.). • Experienced with small residential carpet installs. • Reliable and punctual within the given time window. What’s Provided: • New carpet (ready on site). Access: The job can be done anytime between Friday 7 November (after 11am) and Sunday 9 November. Flexible within that period.
