Some of the skirting boards have water damage and need replacement.

I need to fully expose the fridge alcove in my kitchen to utilise its full dimensions but there’s currently a skirting board on the inside and the above cupboard overhangs by 2cm. I need to fit a new fridge freezer in there that uses the alcoves full dimensions. Needs to look nice / be finished well.

Scuffed wooden floor (interlocking boards). Unsure of wood type and original stain but would like them restained to damaged area as best possible.

Our existing subfloor has deteriorated over time at doorways, so carpet needs to be pulled back and yellow tongue boards placed there (carpet is effectively being supported by joists as subfloor has combusted!). I need carpet pulled back and then put back properly. Two seperate areas would be 6sqm and 2sqm.

Cut a few pieces of skirting

I need old ripped up carpet, underlay and carpet boards with nails in them removed. They have been ripped up off the floor and are sitting in a pile.

Needs new carpet for the attic room floor, size: 3m x 2m plus 2 stairs (see photo attached). My budget isn’t accurate so please provide your quote inclusive of labour and all materials. Thanks
