22m2 - wanting Herringbone flooring laid. I can provide these, or if you have a connection to the industry and can get them at wholesale that will be cool too. I get the keys on the 23rd and would ideally like to have the flooring installed asap. If you need to see the place properly before hand I am able to open up for measuring on a weekday, but we can't start works before then. Please note: There is currently linoleum on the floor and I'm not sure what is underneath.. the only problem is the aluminium door, I think that possibly if we lay anything thicker than lino that the door will have a problem going over it.. I'm happy to have a work around and just leave the space under the door a different flooring that can blend in, it's only the entrance door.

The job has two parts: Consultation: I need your expert advice on the best type of acoustic underlay to use. I've been researching options like Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV), which seems like the best option but I'm open to your recommendations for the most effective solution for my space. Installation: Once we agree on the best materials, the main task is to install the underlay throughout my apartment (approx. 78sqm2). I will most likely supply underlay. The existing floor will already be removed. I'm looking for someone with proven experience in acoustic treatments who can provide advice and deliver a high-quality installation. The location is the Regina building, 322 Victoria St, Darlinghurst, studio is vacant and a study nook area between the kitchen and bathroom requires floor preparation and installing of vinyl flooring. Space is about 1.5M wide x 2.4M deep with tiles now removed for then levelling, preparing and vinyl tiles (or sheeting) in a natural or rustic wood style preferably.

There is a residue left behind from a non-slip mat and I need somebody who can remove this without damaging the polished finish underneath.
