1. Timber fence post need total replacement for top wood rot and then need date hung back on. 2. Two verandah posts need replacement due to wood rot at base. One post is held up by a steel anchor bracket (and that is OK, no need to change). Not sure hot the other post is anchored to the ground as there is a decorative cladding at the base. The fence is approx 25m length in straight line. First we need a quote for increasing the height of the existing fence of approx 60cm including materials. The extension should not be wood made, it should be possibly Colorbond similar to the attached photos. Black graphite color like in attached photo is preferred. Precisely 2 photos attached show the existing fence. A single attached photo shows a possible example of fence extension type that we like. After providing a quote we will go ahead with the task.

Screening with modwood blackbean mini board (68mm). The part of fence that requires modwood is 160 cm long and 112 cm high. A metal fence with posts that are 2cm in thickness is already in place. The boards are to be attached to both sides of the metal fence. A maximum of 11 boards are required (cut into thirds), and 32 of the 33 cut pieces attached. Will pay $400 cash for material.

I require a timber paling fence less that 2500 wide and 2100 high to be installed immediately after removal of a tree that is currently on boundary. There is a building and brick fence that can be used to fasten so unsure if posts are required - will let your expert opinion guide me.
