I need an electrician who is able to rewire old fashioned light fittings so that pendant lights with shades are able to be attached. I am also wanting another wall light to be fitted into the alcove of the front door. Would also be keen to take away fluorescent light in kitchen to be replaced by track or spot lighting on your recommendation. Not sure if this can be done? All electrical wires are thick and unable to fit modern pendants, that are too heavy for the existing wiring system. Would need a totally different updated wiring to be able to attach pendant style lighting. There are 6 lights plus one non existent. Would want to commence work in a few days - and get some advice on what pendants and lights would work beforehand.

Relocate existing wall ethernet plate into the cabinet so that services present cleanly to the rack/control space. Supply and install additional GPOs and, if required, a dedicated circuit within the cabinet to power rack equipment (router, switches, NAS, UPS, etc.), and confirm that clearances and ventilation will be compliant once the switchboard is. relocated. I am planning for the rack section of the cabinetry to have ventilation fans in or on the cabinet door (similar to AV/rack cooling products). Please allow for suitable power within the cabinet for these fans and advise on any requirements or limitations regarding ventilation openings given the presence of the switchboard.

The NBN cable does not have a proper cap on it, so the wire is exposed and comes out of the port easily. Please supply the proper cap and install on the cable, ensuring it plugs into the NBN port.

Hi have a fair few electrical related projects coming up in our music recording studio in Surry Hills One is urgent but simple and then some larger stuff which we are now mapping out and want to get in some quotes and assess as some involve electrical but also some basic heavy lifting and mounting of large ceiling panels with lighting etc Urgent task 1 Looking to replace our air conditioning manual switch with an automatic timed switch. Have 3 light fittings with international power cord and want to replace connectors to Australian power cord and one lamp that needs repair

I need an electrician to apply Promaseal A Acrylic Sealant (available from Reece) to a small hole in some fyrchek. The hole was created to place a light switch onto the fyrchek and it now needs to be sealed up to retain its fire rating. I then need the electrician to provide a letter stating what they have done so that the certifier can pass the fire rating of the post that the fyrchek is on.

I’m looking to change my oven from gas to electric and was told that the power breaker will need a a new outlet and wiring to do this. Currently the electrical box is in a bedroom on the same level and is about 5m away from where the oven is. I also need Strata approval for this so will need a licenced electrician with the usual paperwork.
