Hi, Looking for an electrician to fit off some light switches and power points in an existing apartment All parts will be supplied so this is labour only. There will be 7 power points, 6 x light switches (all one way) and 4 x batton holders. They are all existing points but many of them will be removed from wall during a renovation however the cabling will remain. It is a solid brick apartment so all items will just be screwed into existing back boxes. There will be off street parking available Will need a certificate of compliance at the end of the job

I need someone to remove my electric gate opener/closer. It's currently not working and prior to get a new one I'd just like this removed such that I can use the gate manually. Your job is to unbolt it from the ground such that it can be taken out. Note that the electric opener/closer can not be put into neutral. The key no longer works.
