I need a qualified electrician to install two of these ceiling fans to replace the existing lights in two bedrooms, they are two 132cm 4 Blade DC Ceiling Fans with Remote And LED Light

I have the switches, and 3 downlight globes to replace.

There is a buzzing sound coming from the main fuse switch (pictured with arrow) If you press the fuse in the buzzing stops so I think it's just a loose wire or something. Need qualified electrician to take a look and repair/replace.
