Three hall down lights which are hard wired need to be replaced for led down lights

Just need an electrician to change out a broken switch in the kitchen. I have the switch already, needs to be changed over. Should be 5 minutes work, just needs someone with qualifications.

I have two power points that have randomly become unstuck. One appears to have just come unstuck from the wall and with the waterproofing bit I can't work out how to put it back in, the switches all work it's just unattached as per the pic.
