Tasks include: • Repair 2–3 small wall chips/paint marks (photos available). • Remove and dispose of a mop left at the property. • Remove and dispose of one small cat stand and one ice maker from a basement storage cage (easy access). • Collect keys and return them to the real estate agent located in Greenaway once the work is completed. The work must be completed tomorrow between 9:00am and 1:00pm, with keys returned no later than 1:00pm, as another person needs to collect them by 2:00pm. Need O ring replaced on kitchen dishwasher connection as tap has small leak. Need to turn off main water supply to apartment - tried to do this earlier and now small leak out of this tap as well. Have necessary items to fix from Bunnings.

We have a washing machine in our garage that needs to be brought up two flights of stairs with a trolley. We also need help to put the washing machine in place and to connect it, as well as lifting the dryer onto a stand on top of the washing machine. The dryer is already in the apartment - just needs two people to lift it into place.

My car battery has just gone flat just need someone to jumpstart my car

I need gaps covered between hedges, walls and gates to prevent animals getting in and out of my courtyard. They're only small gaps but big enough for pets to get through, including the neighbour's dog. I have 8 m of mesh for the job but no fasteners. I've attached photos of the two main gaps (a grille is being used to block the space in the second photo, but it's not secure enough).

Screen replacement for broken Samsung A9 tablet

I need brand new carpet/ underlay pulled up and removed and I also need the nail strips pulled up and removed and everything taken from the apartment. The carpet is medium grey and you could surely re-use or re-sell it since it's brand new. I am installing hard flooring and that's the reason I don't need this carpet. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with these approximate measurements: living room 4.6 x 4.0 = 18.4sqm dining room 2.6 x 4.7 = 12.22 sqm bed 1 - 3.2 x 3.7 = 11.84sqm bed 2 - 2.5 x 3.2 = 8sqm hall 1.2 x 3 = 6sqm total 56sqm

Please fix a leaky bathroom tap, a tap where the nozzle has come off and a stiff tap

Remove old two steps & two stringers; Install new two steps & new two stringers supplied from bunnings. Note the bunnings pic is three steps but the material I have already purchased is only two steps, & two stringers. No painting necessary.

Dog door is too high for our dog to use. We need one step on each side of a glass and aluminium door so she can climb through. Preferably perspex but anything that attaches well will.do. Door is 82cm wide, glass section 67cm. Steps would need to be 10-11cm high. Quote will be $200 plus materials.
