Electrician needed to replace four pendant light fittings

I need an electrician to install 3 oyster lights (laundry, bedroom and hallway), replace 4 light switches (3 single and 1 double) and 3 powerpoint covers (for aesthetics only), and fix a powerpoint fixture that is coming off the wall. I need a light switch installed to operate a porch light. There is no light switch currently - I think the feed may have been used for a different sensor light outside. So would probably need to run some new switch wire/cable down to the new switch. Older house/cabling so will need to come down the conduit. Photos show existing switch closest (all of which will need to be retained), and then the short journey outside to the porch. Please include price of all materials in quote.
